Villa Flower & Villa Serena

Location:

Villa Flower and Villa Serena are located in Galley Bay, Five Islands, on the west coast of Antigua. It is about 20 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from St. John's. The villas sit on a waterfront hillside facing west with breathtaking views and daily sunsets.

About the Villas:

Both villas have recently undergone transforming renovations and are furnished and equipped to exacting standards. Villa Flower has 6 guest bedrooms, while Villa Serena has 5 guest bedrooms. The villas are located side by side and may be rented individually or as one large villa. Both villas have an open plan design, are spacious, and equipped each with private pool, gym, outdoor Jacuzzi and large outdoor terraces. Villa Flower has a private access to a quiet sandy beach below. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and full ensuite bathrooms.

Both villas are equipped with 42" Flat Screen TV, and Surround Sound Speaker System, DVD/CD player. A fax machine is also available in Villa Flower only.

Power:

Both 110V and 220V 60 Hz are available, as well as European standard electrical sockets.

Staff:

The villas have four permanent staff, Head Custodian/Gardener, Head Housekeeper, and 2 other staff. One member of staff overnights on property while the other staff members are schedule from 7.00am until 9.00pm.

The cable TV service is provided by CNS Entertainment Ltd, with a variety of channels, and includes, CNN, Cinemax, HBO, Starz, The Movie Channel, BBC America, and the Discovery Channel as well as a variety of international language channels and sports. This is available in Villa Flower only.

Security:

As the properties reside on the premises of Galley Bay Hotel, there is an attend guard house to access entry to the property

Shopping & Restaurants:

The villas are 20 minutes from Woods Centre shopping center, and 10 minutes from St. John's. At the Woods Centre, there is the Epicurean Supermarket which is quite complete supplying a large variety of both standard and gourmet items; at Woods Centre, one can also find a professional pharmacy, travel agent, doctor's office, bank and other shops.

There are many restaurants in close proximity, Le Bistro, Bay House, "the beach" restaurant, Coconut Grove and Home Restaurant are all quite close. However, even the most distant restaurants are only 30 to 40 minutes away.
